With the Warrior Dash season in full swing, Warriors around the nation are either preparing for battle or proudly wearing their fuzzy helmets throughout the office. Meanwhile, on the other side of the finish line, extraordinary volunteers have confirmed that there are alternative ways to showcase their inner Warrior.
In order to make each Warrior Dash a reality, we recruit the help of local Warriors and community organizations. These remarkable volunteers provide race-day assistance in exchange for the following:
- $1,000 donation in exchange for a group of 25 volunteers
- Volunteer t-shirt
- Snacks throughout the day
- Access to live music
- Fun, festival-like atmosphere

St. Jude Warriors
As you conquer obstacles, leap fire, and crawl through the mud of Warrior Dash, kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® are fighting for their lives.
St. Jude is one of the world’s premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other deadly childhood diseases. It costs $1.7 million a day to operate St. Jude, where families never pay for the care they receive.
By becoming a St. Jude Warrior and fundraising, you will inspire hope in children who need it the most, the patients of St. Jude.
In addition to getting training and fundraising tips, Warriors who raise at least $250 will gain access to the St. Jude Warrior Tent and everything they’ll need on race day including:
- Free food and drinks
- Private showers and bathrooms
- Private bag check
It’s easy to get started! Select “Yes I want to be a St. Jude Warrior!” during your registration. St. Jude will contact you with details on your fundraising efforts and will be with you every step of the way.

Bands & Emcees
Interested in being a part of the race day entertainment at Warrior Dash? We're looking for cover bands
who can rock a crowd of Warriors.
Please Note:
- Sound equipment is provided. Whoo hoo!
- Rock cover bands preferred.
- Two (2) 50-minute sets on event days and your band can have the opportunity to play both Saturday
and Sunday for events with multiple days. - Submit your sound/video track along with your race location to talent@redfrogevents.com
