Transfer/Registration Guidelines:
Registration will be closed on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at 11:59pm*. Absolutely NO registrations will be accepted after this time. Request to modify any details of registration information must be submitted prior to this date. This includes wave time, date, participant information and location. Transfers may only be made to a wave that has open space available.
Note: There is a $10 transfer fee to transfer to a new event, new participant, or new event day.

Warrior Dash is proud to introduce Warrior Campground! Warrior Campground is a one-of-a-kind camping experience that will turn Warrior Dash into the craziest frickin’ weekend of your life! Unleash your inner Warrior for the entire weekend at our on site camping location!

Included in Warrior Campground:

20’ x 20’ camping space (tent camping)
20’ x 40’ camping space (RVs)
Two nights; Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22*
Two Warrior Dash parking passes
Six wristbands to access Warrior Campground
Additional wristbands may be purchased on site for $10.00 each

*Each reservation includes two nights regardless of length of stay.

Check-out:
All campers must be checked out by 12pm on Sunday, September 23 (1 Day)
All campers must be checked out no later than 2 hours after the last wave on Sunday, September 23 (2 Day)

Waiver must be signed by each individual upon arrival in order to receive your Warrior Campground wristband. Save time on site and download a copy of the waiver HERE.

* - All campers must be checked out no later than 2 hours after the last wave on Sunday.

RVs are welcome although hook-ups will not be available
BYOT- Tents will not be available for rent or purchase at Warrior Campground
Outside food and drink is permitted in the Warrior Campground area
Outside food and beverages will not be permitted in the Warrior Dash festival area

Must be 18 years of age or older to enter Warrior Campground unless accompanied by an adult
Wristbands must be worn at all times in order to enter the campgrounds

No entry or re-entry will be allowed without proper wristband

The following items are not permitted:
Glass bottles
Kegs
Personal fires
Non-propane grills
Illegal drug use or underage drinking
All vehicles, tents and individuals are subject to search at anytime
